Other Things to Consider
Make sure to drink enough water. Using carbs as a primary fuel source causes your body to hold
onto more water in your system. Getting into ketosis causes your body to dump a lot of this
water, hence you will most likely need to drink more H2O than before.
Because of this there's a good chance that you'll lose a decent amount of weight the first week
Make sure to get enough salt (Real Salt or Himalayan Sea Salt). Since you're not eating any
